These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jitaplay platform, including all casino games, sports betting, account management, and payment services. By accessing or using jitaplay, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety. Please read this document carefully before proceeding.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one jitaplay account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

All financial transactions on jitaplay are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved payment channels including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No third-party payments are accepted.
All bonuses offered by jitaplay are subject to individual wagering requirements and eligibility conditions stated at the time of the offer. Abuse of bonus systems — including matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.
Any attempt to defraud jitaplay or other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting tools, engage in money laundering, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and jitaplay ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all products, services, features, content, and functionality available through the jitaplay website and any associated mobile-optimised versions of the platform.
jitaplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with their English-language meaning. Where any translated version of these Terms conflicts with the English version, the English version shall take precedence in all cases.

Access to and participation in any of these products is subject to compliance with these Terms and all applicable rules specific to each product category.
These Terms should be read together with jitaplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jitaplay. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Privacy Policy or Responsible Gaming Policy, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Eligibility & Age Restriction
To be eligible to use the jitaplay platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Players under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any service on jitaplay.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity). Corporate accounts are not permitted on jitaplay.
- You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any other person or entity.
- You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of jitaplay complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement — whether with jitaplay or with any other gambling platform — that would prohibit you from participating in online gaming activities.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are unsure whether you have such capacity, you should seek independent legal advice before using jitaplay.
jitaplay takes its age verification obligations seriously. At the point of first withdrawal — and at any other time at our discretion — we may request documentary evidence to confirm your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jitaplay may result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any funds pending verification.
If jitaplay discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending transactions will be blocked, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the payment source used, net of any bonuses or promotional credits received, and the account will be permanently closed.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gambling services. jitaplay is committed to the prevention of underage gambling and will cooperate fully with any investigation into suspected underage access.
Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of services available on jitaplay, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address or mobile phone number.
Registration Requirements
When registering your jitaplay account, you agree to:
- Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information in all required fields of the registration form.
- Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and current at all times.
- Register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the email address, mobile number, or payment method used.
- Not register an account on behalf of another person or use a false identity, alias, or fictitious name.
- Not register if you are prohibited from doing so by these Terms or by applicable law.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jitaplay username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any other person, and you accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
jitaplay strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. When 2FA is enabled, a one-time password (OTP) will be required each time a login is attempted from an unrecognised device. This significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even if your password has been compromised.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must contact jitaplay support at immediately. jitaplay will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
jitaplay operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to player safety and the prevention of fraud and financial crime. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:
- A copy of your national identity card (NID) or passport.
- Proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (such as a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).
Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal requests. jitaplay reserves the right to withhold funds from unverified accounts until satisfactory documentation has been provided and reviewed.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
Deposits
jitaplay accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your jitaplay wallet within seconds of confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited, depending on the processing schedules of the originating bank. jitaplay is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
By making a deposit, you confirm that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used and that the funds being deposited are not derived from any illegal or fraudulent activity. jitaplay reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its sole discretion and may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the cashier section of your jitaplay account at any time. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with jitaplay's anti-money-laundering policy.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Within 5 to 30 minutes of approval (subject to mobile banking provider processing times).
- Bank transfer: 1 to 3 business days from the date of approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days from the date of approval.
Withdrawal requests are subject to review by jitaplay's payments team before processing. This review process exists to protect players and to ensure compliance with jitaplay's anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering obligations. In some cases, jitaplay may request supporting documentation before approving a withdrawal. Processing times stated above begin from the point at which all required documentation has been received and the withdrawal has been approved, not from the time of the initial request.
jitaplay does not charge fees for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jitaplay accepts no responsibility.
Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. jitaplay reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts after the first 12 months of inactivity, provided that the account balance is sufficient to cover the charge. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. The account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of dormancy fees.
Bonuses & Promotions
jitaplay offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion details published on the jitaplay platform at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are available to eligible players who meet the registration, deposit, and age requirements set out in these Terms.
- Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used within the territory of Bangladesh and are subject to availability.
- Each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless specifically stated.
- jitaplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such change will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account and already being wagered in good faith.
Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses on jitaplay are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the promotion) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) and apply to the bonus amount unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
Not all games on jitaplay contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed towards the wagering requirement. Live dealer table games, sports bets, and crash games may contribute a lower percentage, as specified in the individual promotion terms. Players should review the contribution rates before selecting games to play with bonus funds.
Bonus Abuse
jitaplay employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (matched betting or arbitrage); using external software or scripting tools to automate gameplay; and withdrawing bonus funds without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.
If jitaplay determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, to suspend or terminate the player's account, and to recover any funds paid out as a result of the abusive activity.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on jitaplay, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. You accept personal responsibility for ensuring that your conduct on the platform does not harm other players, jitaplay, or any third party.
You Agree To
- Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC verification, and when contacting support.
- Use jitaplay solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using jitaplay.
- Notify jitaplay immediately if you become aware of any bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities that could be exploited to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engage respectfully with jitaplay's customer support team at all times.
You Agree Not To
- Register more than one jitaplay account or assist any other person in doing so.
- Use any automated software, bot, script, spider, scraper, or other non-human means to access or interact with the jitaplay platform.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any part of the jitaplay platform.
- Exploit any bug, error, or technical malfunction in the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings arising from the exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be voided.
- Use jitaplay for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other form of financial crime.
- Engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Use profane, abusive, threatening, or harassing language when communicating with jitaplay staff or other players.
- Attempt to access another player's account or any area of the platform to which you have not been granted access.
- Sell, transfer, or allow any other person to use your jitaplay account.
Intellectual Property
All content on jitaplay — including but not limited to logos, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of jitaplay or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on jitaplay without the prior written consent of jitaplay.
Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player
You may close your jitaplay account at any time by contacting customer support at . Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met and that your KYC verification is complete. Requests for account closure are typically processed within 2 business days of receipt.

Suspension or Termination by jitaplay
jitaplay reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if jitaplay has reasonable grounds to believe that:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
- The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- The account is involved in money laundering, bonus abuse, or any form of financial crime.
- The player is under 18 years of age.
- The player has registered in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- Continued operation of the account poses a risk to jitaplay, other players, or any third party.
In cases of account termination due to a breach of these Terms, jitaplay reserves the right to withhold any funds in the account that are reasonably related to the prohibited activity, including funds derived from bonuses, fraudulent deposits, or exploited errors. The decision to terminate an account rests solely with jitaplay, and jitaplay's determination shall be final in all such cases.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 24 hours and 12 months through jitaplay's responsible gaming tools or by contacting support directly. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be inaccessible and you will not receive any marketing communications from jitaplay. Liability, Errors & Dispute Resolution
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaplay shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jitaplay platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, even if jitaplay has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jitaplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jitaplay account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Errors and Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, jitaplay reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the relevant stake to the player's account. No other compensation will be payable in such circumstances. jitaplay is not responsible for errors caused by third-party game providers, though it will use reasonable efforts to assist players in resolving disputes with such providers.
If an incorrect payout is made due to a technical error, human error, or any other cause, jitaplay reserves the right to recover the incorrect amount from the player's account balance. Where the account balance is insufficient to cover the recovery, jitaplay may pursue the outstanding amount through other means. Players who knowingly receive and retain incorrectly paid funds without notifying jitaplay will be considered to have acted in bad faith.
Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any transaction, game outcome, or account decision on jitaplay, you should contact our support team in the first instance at . Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of jitaplay's internal review, you may escalate your complaint by writing to our dedicated complaints handling team at the same email address, clearly marked as a formal escalation. We will review escalated complaints within 10 business days and provide a final written response.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before resorting to any formal legal process.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with jitaplay's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaplay with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
